Overview: User Interviews is a research participant recruitment platform that helps teams find and manage the right people for user research.
I’ve been working with the UI team since summer 2024, helping them with a variety of brand assets across print and web: product visuals, icons, illustrations, custom decks for events and webinars.
CHALLENGE: The key ongoing challenge has been finding balance between two sides of the brand. The content side, already updated by the UI team, is bold and fun. The product side needed a refresh to reflect the platform’s reliability and professionalism, especially since it’s often what new users and stakeholders interact with.
SOLUTION: For the product visuals we went for a clean, smart, modular, and slightly classic corporate look to clearly communicate that UI is a complete research recruiting platform for teams. We launched a new homepage design in May 2025, along with an ad campaign, and are now working our way through the rest of the site. Stay tuned!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and design creative campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, including illustrations, data visualizations, web assets, and templates. Apply refreshed brand across digital touchpoints and create style guides to support consistent, self-serve use
